Manette is a licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Maryland. With over 20 years of experience in outpatient community settings, she has worked with a diverse population of clients on a wide range of issues including:

Manette offers individual counseling for adults. Her approach to counseling is holistic, person-centered, and collaborative. She believes in the importance of creating a caring environment to facilitate change and to promote healing and wellness. She adopts an integrative framework to address the unique needs and therapy goals of each client. Her therapeutic style includes psychodynamic, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and motivational enhancement strategies.
She obtained her Psychology degree from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines, and completed her Master’s and additional doctoral coursework in Pastoral Counseling at Loyola University in Maryland.
